We want you to love your purchase — but if for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.
Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:
The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with tags intact.
The return request must be raised within 7 days of receiving your order.
Proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice) must be provided.
Non-returnable items include:
Digital downloads or e-products
Personal care or hygiene items (like skincare, cosmetics, innerwear, etc.)
Discounted or clearance sale items
Customized or made-to-order products
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return:
Email our support team at trendywav@gmail.com within the return period.
Include your order number, product name, and reason for return.
Once approved, you will receive return instructions and a shipping label (if applicable).
Return Shipping:
If the product is defective or wrong, Trendywav will cover the return shipping cost.
For all other returns (change of mind, size issue, etc.), customers are responsible for shipping costs.
Refund Process
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Refunds may take additional time to reflect depending on your bank or payment provider.
Refunds will not be issued if:
The returned product shows signs of use, damage, or alteration.
The return request is made after the eligible period.
The product does not match the order details provided
Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges for eligible items if:
The product is defective or damaged.
You received the wrong size or color.
To request an exchange, email trendywav@gmail.comwith your order details.
Once we receive your returned item, we’ll send out the replacement (subject to stock availability).
If the replacement item is unavailable, we’ll issue a full refund or store
credit as per your preference.
Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase — before they are shipped.
After the order has been dispatched, cancellations are not possible.
In such cases, please follow the return process once the product is delivered.
Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
We sincerely apologize if you receive a defective or incorrect item.
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
Order ID
Photos of the product and packaging
We will promptly arrange a replacement or full refund (including shipping costs).
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund within the mentioned time frame:
Check your bank account or payment wallet again.
Contact your credit card company or payment provider — it may take time before your refund is officially posted.
